GPS-triggered AI tour guide · iOS · Coming soon
Walk into a city. Stop at anything that catches your eye. ROAM tells you its story — generated in real time, delivered cinematically, without a single tap.
Every other tour product asks something of you — download a tour, press play, follow a route. ROAM asks nothing. Open the app, choose a tone, and walk.
When you stop near something worth knowing, ROAM knows. It generates a narration on the spot — fresh, specific to that place, in that moment — and plays it under a cinematic score that shifts as you move between the city's layers.
Adaptive GPS and motion detection know exactly when you've stopped — not just paused. An 8-second dwell threshold filters hesitation from genuine curiosity. When you're truly there, the city speaks.
Every narration is generated fresh via Claude — not pre-recorded, not fetched from a database. The Casual voice surprises you. The Scholar connects causes to effects. Story puts you inside a specific moment. Same place, three entirely different experiences.
Ambient music shifts with the city's mood. When narration begins, the music ducks to −18 dB and crossfades back when the story ends. It doesn't feel like two features. It feels like one film.
An old building
on a corner
you've walked past
a hundred times.
A place with no story. At least, none you know.
"The architect submitted this design as a deliberate provocation — he expected the committee to reject it. They didn't. He spent the next forty years pretending it was the plan all along."
The same corner.
An entirely
different city.

We're opening a limited beta program before public launch. Beta members get six full months of ROAM — free — and first access the moment the app hits the App Store.
